Schump Aston, son of Mr. & Mrs. Chris Aston, killed his first turkey this year on youth day with James Morgan. The turkey weighed 18 pounds.
Clyde Houk, one of Chris Houk’s sons, got his first turkey March 31st. The Houk family lives near Lick Fork Lake out on the West Side. The gobbler had a thick 9-inch beard, 1 1/2 inch spurs and weighed 18 pounds.
