Dorothy Williams

JOHNSTON, S.C. – Dorothy Louise Frazier Williams, 70, widow of Leroy Williams, of 523 Rocky Creek Road, died on July 19, 2012 at Lexington Medical Center.

Born in Edgefield County, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Marie Payne Frazier. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and the owner and operator of Williams Grocery Store.

She is survived by two sons Larry(Valerie) Williams of Katie, TX and Stevens (Teresa) Williams of Johnston; two daughters, Marcella(Darryl) Herrin of Batesburg and Nancy Padgett of Johnston; one brother, Albert Stallsworth of Ridge Spring; six sisters: Ethel Mae Butler of Johnston, Elevlyn Mathis, Lillian Miles and Minnie L. Smith , all of Trenton, Ellen Miles of Newnan, Ga. and Annie P. Jerry of Batesburg; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Edgefield, with burial in Simmon Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at noon.

Butler & Sons Funeral Home, Saluda, is serving the Williams family.
