Edgefield County Council will be holding a work session with no votes expected to be taken at a special called meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 6:00 PM in the County Council Chambers to discuss two ordinances related to Land Development in Edgefield County.

The first is ordinance number 12-13-660, “An Ordinance to amend Chapter 24, Land Development, of the Edgefield County Code of Ordinances in certain limited regards and particular matters, only, and other matters relating thereto.”

The second is ordinance number 12-13-664, “An Ordinance to establish conditional uses standards for all lots developed in the zoned and un-zoned areas of Edgefield County, and other matters relating thereto.”
