Revival: New Horizon Baptist Church, 124 Shaw Road in Saluda will have a revival June 20-22 at 7 p.m. Visiting minister will be Wayne Tobias of Whitmire with the Whitmire Singers Friday, The Koon Family Saturday. Bible School: Johnston Pentecostal Holiness Church will have Vacation Bible School on June 23-26 at 7 p.m. The theme is God’s Backyard Bible Camp. There will be music, games, puppets, Bible lessons and crafts.

7 – Up Program: The Pulpit Aid of Science Hill Baptist Church will host a 7-UP Program on June 29 at 5 p.m focusing on Stand Up, Speak Up, Wake Up, Rise Up, Pray Up and Cheer Up. Guest speakers and everyone is encouraged to attend. Rev. Lorenzo Williams is the pastor.

Project Diabetes: Saturday, June 29, from 11 am. – 2 p.m. at Republican Grove Baptist Church(276 Gary Hill Rd., Edgefield). Ms. Leticia Lee, Program Coordinator of the Medical University in Charleston, S.C.  will teach you how to treat and manage diabetes. The public is invited and a snack will be provided.

Contemporary Southern Poetry Seminar: Saturday, June 29, 2-4 PM at the Morris Museum of Art, Augusta.  Award-winning poet William Wright, series editor of the Southern Poetry Anthology, including volumes of poets from South Carolina and Georgia, will speak and sign books. Refreshments will be served.
