TRENTON, S.C. – Ms. Willie Mae “Billie” Lloyd Carter of Nicholson Road, entered into rest November 8, 2014 in Yeadon, Penn. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Ms.Carter was a member of Mt. Canaan Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Roland Carter of Ransdowne, Penn.; eight grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
