Raffle: From October 05 – 16 the Old Edgefield District Genealogical Society and the Edgefield Preservation Association is holding a Raffle for a chance for two lucky winner to take part in a Ghost Hunt(Paranormal Investigation) out at the Old Edgefield Chain Gang Jail on Oct 30th from 10pm to 2am. 15th Annual Blessing of the Animals: The Episcopal Church of the Ridge will host this event, Sunday, October 11, at 3:00 PM in the churchyard of Our Savior in Trenton (off Hwy 121 on Church St.) Bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier. Refreshments will be served to the congregation and their pets. The offering will be donated to our local food bank for help purchasing pet food.
