S.R. (Randy) Hastings, 50, of Goldmine Rd., died Wednesday March 30, 2016.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday April 2, 2016 at 2 PM at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home with burial in Peace Haven Baptist Church Cemetery in Edgefield.

Mr. Hastings was born in Greenwood, SC and was the son of Mrs. Mary Holsomback Hastings and the late Crafton H. Hastings.  He was of the Baptist Faith and a Shop Foreman at Silver Sheet Metal.

Survivors include 1 son, Justin R. (Kasie) Hastings; 2 sisters, Billie Faye (Mac) Matthews, and Dr. Mary Ann (Brad) Moon; 1 brother, Stanley Hastings. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews that he loved. He was predeceased by a brother Nick Hastings.

Memorials may be made to the Strom Thurmond Career & Technology Center c/o the Welding Dept., 17 Par Drive, Johnston, SC 29832.

The family is at the home and will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM before the service at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
