TRENTON, S. C.  –  Mr. George “June” Jefferson, Jr., of Jefferson Lane, entered into rest June 10, 2014. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Old Macedonia Baptist Church with the Rev. Limuer Myers officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Jefferson, a native of Edgefield County was a member of Young Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Eddie R. (Essie) Jefferson, North Augusta, SC; a devoted friend, Mary Lee Jefferson, Trenton, SC; a sister, Ida R. Jefferson, Trenton, SC; four grandchildren, Lynette Jefferson, Roger R. (Dessie) Jefferson Nathaniel  (Elaine)Jefferson and Kenneth B. (Liz) Jefferson; 6 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
