Mr. F. Harold Strom, 83, of Meeting St. Road, husband of the late Julia R. Strom, died Friday November 4, 2016 in Edgefield.

Funeral Services will be held Monday Nov. 7, 2016 at 11 A.M. at Edgefield First Baptist Church with burial in Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery in Edgefield.

Mr. Strom was a native of Edgefield, S.C. and was the son of the late T.E. and Betty Quarles Strom. He was a member of the Edgefield First Baptist Church and was retired from the Aiken Electric Coop. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served on the U.S.S. Alameda County LST 32 A.V.B.-1.

Survivors include 2 Sisters- Betty Carey, and Peggy Davis; He was predeceased by 6 Brothers and 3 Sisters.

The family is at the home of his sister Betty Carey on Church Street in Edgefield and will receive friends from 3 to 5 P.M. Sunday at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
