Celebrating 100 Years of Thanksgivings

All writers in Op Ed are here to inform and acknowledge issues of importance to our communities, however these writings represent the views and opinions of the authors and not necessarily of The Advertiser.

Actually, Robert Scott entertained his whole family for the Thanksgiving weekend at his Woodlawn Rd. home, where they all gathered for this photo. In his words: “It was great – the first time in 22 years we’ve all been together.  Shown are Mother, both sons, 3 of four grandchildren plus two spouses, all 6 great-grandchildren plus a boyfriend. Our new next-door neighbor (moved in less than two weeks ago!), Chris Hall, was kind enough to come to our house to take the photos!” (and needless to say, Scott had no time to write a column, with all those folks to care for. And a photo is worth a thousand words.)
