The Summer Solstice occurs this evening (Wed. 6/20/12) at approximately 7:10 PM EDT.   As we were delivering the papers this morning, we caught this beautiful solstice sunrise on Highway 39 in Ridge Spring at 6:29 AM EDT.   Happy First Day of Summer!
